Job Description
A project management role leading implementation and support of maritime GIS solutions for government and intelligence clients, focusing on requirements analysis, design, deployment, and customer success within a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams through all phases of project implementation, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to deliver solutions to customers and strategic partners.
- Act as liaison between Professional Services and customers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage a team of maritime subject matter experts, software developers, and consultants supporting maritime clients and systems.
- Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions; assist customers with implementation and migration planning.
- Collaborate with practice managers, marketing, and sales teams to develop new business opportunities and shape project directions.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.
- Professional experience leading and managing IT-based projects.
- Experience supporting maritime customers and knowledge of maritime products and specifications including S-57 and S-100.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and translate customer s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers or customers.
- Entrepreneurial attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, or a related field.

Base salary range of $82,160 to $138,320 USD
