Job Description
This role involves shaping the future of ArcGIS Enterprise by integrating AI capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product strategies, and supporting the deployment and adoption of AI within enterprise geospatial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Define and communicate product direction for ArcGIS Enterprise and AI capabilities.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and advocate for them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product delivery, launch, and adoption.
- Develop and maintain technical content, best practices, and enablement materials.
- Represent ArcGIS Enterprise and AI in customer engagements, partner interactions, and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product related role such as product management, engineering, development, support, or consulting.
- Hands on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise in a product planning, support, consulting, or deployment context.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise licensing, including server roles, extensions, and capabilities.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive prioritization across teams.
- Ability to coordinate people and technical resources across multiple organizations and disciplines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements, conferences, and strategic meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, geography GIS, or a related STEM field.
