Job Description
This role involves developing and integrating AI and machine learning features into ArcGIS Pro GIS software, focusing on creating innovative AI Copilot experiences to enhance spatial data analysis, visualization, and sharing for various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify primary use-cases and workflows by collaborating with users and industry experts
- Design and improve the usability of ArcGIS Pro AI Copilot
- Develop and execute test cases, and validate bug fixes
- Maintain, monitor, and expand the automated test suite
- Troubleshoot production issues across software versions
- Integrate Copilot capabilities into the ArcGIS Platform through collaboration with feature teams
- Research and stay current with advances in AI and application development frameworks
- Create and share workflows, tutorials, blog articles, videos, and help documentation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience using an application development language such as Python or C.
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience in building training datasets and fine-tuning training AI models, including NLP or vision models.
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $76,960 - $128,544 USD
Work schedule: Minimum of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the year
