Job Description
This role involves developing and integrating AI and machine learning features into ArcGIS Pro GIS software to enhance user experience and functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current with AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify primary use-cases and workflows by collaborating with users and industry experts
- Design and enhance the usability of ArcGIS Pro AI Copilot
- Develop, test, and validate AI features and bug fixes
- Maintain and monitor automated test suites to ensure software quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across software versions
- Integrate Copilot capabilities into the ArcGIS Platform through collaboration with feature teams
- Research and stay current with advances in AI and application development frameworks
- Create and share workflows, tutorials, and documentation to demonstrate AI capabilities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience using an application development language such as Python or C.
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience in building training datasets and fine-tuning training AI models, including NLP or vision models.
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

Compensation/salary range: $76,960 - $128,544 USD
Work schedule: Minimum of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the year
