Job Description
This role involves developing and supporting cutting-edge 3D reconstruction software using geospatial data, with a focus on image and lidar processing, scene understanding, and visualization, while collaborating with a team to enhance product quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create industry-leading software for 3D reconstruction from images and lidar, scene understanding, and visualization solutions
- Contribute to product development roadmaps and analyze, test, and support products to improve quality
- Manage bugs identified through testing and customer reports
- Develop creative workflows and analyze data to inform future product enhancements
- Create product examples, documentation, tutorials, and showcase new features
- Translate customer requirements into potential product improvements and new designs
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations, talks, and workshops for international conferences
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional industry experience with relevant technology such as geospatial applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for quality and detail.
- Ability to find bugs and identify issues within software to improve quality.
- Drive to analyze complex projects involving real-world data and strive for sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, preferably geomatics engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Existing work authorization for Germany.
