Job Description
A product engineer role focused on testing, maintaining, and developing next-generation AI assistants within ArcGIS Enterprise, involving manual and automated testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with a global team to ensure high-quality geospatial software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop manual test plans to ensure product quality and release readiness
- Collaborate with product engineers and developers to create test cases for automation
- Triage and resolve reported software issues
- Participate in manual testing processes and improve testing practices
- Troubleshoot inconsistent results with feature teams
- Communicate project status and testing progress to the team
Requirements
- At least 1 year of core analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the spatial realm
- Passion for analysis and GIS with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrable experience with GIS software for problem solving
- Proven ability to deliver work, in teams or individually, in a fast-changing environment
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum guidance
- Dedication to customer success
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, computer science, engineering, GIS, data science or related field

Base salary range of $68,640 to $104,000 USD
