The Partner Manager at Esri is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business partners and systems integrators to promote Esri's technology, support joint sales efforts, and drive revenue growth through coordinated go-to-market activities and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with business partners and systems integrators.
Serve as a primary contact for partner communication and issue resolution.
Support and coordinate partner-influenced sales opportunities and manage pipeline activities.
Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and enablement sessions for partners.
Identify customer needs and articulate the value of Esri's products and services.
Contribute to joint account planning and market analysis activities.
Manage activities using CRM tools, maintain forecasts, and track deal progression.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, business development, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of solution selling and value-based sales approaches.
Experience supporting pipeline management activities using CRM tools.
Familiarity with co-sell or reseller sales motions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with exposure to market or competitive analysis concepts.
Technical familiarity with enterprise software platforms.
Familiarity with Esri technology in support of partner campaigns across the lifecycle planning, targeting, analysis, and communications.
Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25% to 50%.
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
