Job Description
The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns targeting the state and local government market, including content creation, event management, analytics, and community building to increase brand awareness and market share for Esri's GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create campaign assets including messaging, print collateral, and digital content.
- Contribute to and support third-party and Esri-hosted events with messaging, content, and logistics.
- Manage campaign projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Utilize marketing technologies to manage activities, segment audiences, and track analytics.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand needs and showcase success stories.
- Collaborate with partners, industry influencers, and professional associations to enhance market positioning.
- Foster a vibrant user community through marketing activities, online forums, and events.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing or related business experience.
- Proven time management, resource management, and project management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts with a positive attitude.
- Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, geography, GIS, or a related field.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: approximately $70,720 to $110,240 USD
Work schedule: Up to 20% travel during peak marketing periods
