Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, and managing enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions, including single sign-on, identity governance, and multi-factor authentication, to enhance security and user experience across various systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance IAM solutions integrating enterprise applications and security services
- Manage IAM lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and access certification
- Deploy and configure connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ and develop custom connectors for enterprise systems
- Administer and support LDAP, SSO, federation, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and other IAM systems
- Implement and support cloud-based identity platforms and manage identity integrations with ServiceNow
- Design and manage identity-related workflows to support access governance and provisioning
- Support identity and mailbox provisioning within Microsoft Exchange environments
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for identity management tasks
- Provide Level 2-3 support, perform access data cleanup, and participate in on-call support
- Implement conditional access policies, MFA, and governance standards across enterprise applications
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in IAM planning, implementation, and operations
- Two (2) years of Java development experience
- Two (2) years developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Foundational knowledge of identity technologies such as SailPoint, Ping, CA, and Entra
- Proficiency managing LDAP directories, Active Directory, REST Webservices, SAML, OIDC, databases, and PowerShell
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related STEM field
- Experience managing LDAP directories, Active Directory, REST Webservices, SAML, OIDC, databases, and PowerShell
- Ability to develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts and perform bulk identity updates across Active Directory and integrated systems
- Experience deploying and configuring connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ IDN for various enterprise systems including custom connectors for home-grown applications
- Experience supporting LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and enterprise IAM systems
- Experience implementing and supporting cloud-based identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience engineering and managing identity integrations with ServiceNow, including form development, workflow design, access request catalog items, and automation of approval processes
- Experience designing and managing identity-related workflows in SailPoint to support access governance and provisioning processes
- Experience supporting identity and mailbox provisioning and management within Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange environments
- Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell and performing bulk identity updates across Active Directory and integrated systems
- Ability to provide Level 2-3 support, ensure SLA compliance, perform access data cleanup and certification, and participate in on-call support as required
- Experience implementing conditional access policies, MFA, and governance standards across enterprise applications
