Job Description
This role involves providing thought leadership and strategic expertise in geospatial technology and GIS to health and human services organizations, developing industry content, and supporting market growth through advocacy, research, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content such as webinars, case studies, collateral, social media programs, videos, and event plans demonstrating the value of ArcGIS in health and human services.
- Research, analyze, and monitor industry and technological trends to identify market opportunities.
- Support strategic opportunities as a subject matter expert and collaborate with account managers to increase penetration in key accounts.
- Work with industry and marketing teams to develop and support global tactical and strategic messaging.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and participate in joint value messaging with industry executives.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience working in health and human services or closely related organizations
- Bachelor's degree in geography, business, or related field
- Demonstrated geospatial innovation and advanced use of software technology
- 5 years of executive leadership experience with the ability to strategize, inspire, and achieve goals
- 5 years of experience working in multi-discipline teams with proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence business and technical audiences
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing purpose and tactics
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
