Job Description
The Financial Analyst in our corporate development team is responsible for monitoring international investment performance, conducting financial analysis and due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, and supporting reporting and contractual activities to aid strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of international investments and prepare regular financial reports
- Assist in valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- Coordinate activities related to drafting, renewing, and monitoring contractual agreements
- Maintain and update systems tracking acquisition activity and key financial information
- Prepare presentations and documentation for management regarding financial performance and investment opportunities
Requirements
- Two years of prior experience or relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate development, or related fields.
- Experience with budgeting and planning methodologies and tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting financial statements.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field.
