Support Esri's sales division by managing sales agreements, pricing models, and enterprise programs, while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate documentation, process improvement, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales division with sales agreements, programs, and best practices
Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for pricing tools and programs
Communicate updates on product releases, pricing, and business models to stakeholders
Coordinate with teams to review offers, approvals, and administer master purchasing and multinational agreements
Manage programs and workflows in collaboration with Contracts, Sales, and Operations
Support management of master purchasing agreements and enterprise programs
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to facilitate program management and process improvements
Requirements
At least 1 year of work experience supporting master purchasing agreements and enterprise programs.
Experience with commercial software pricing models and strategy.
A background in pricing analysis and or pricing catalogs.
Ability to manage multiple business priorities in addition to maintaining confidentiality of pricing, reporting, and terms of contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly reporting functionality and spreadsheets.
