Job Description
This role involves supporting product management and business teams by analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, developing predictive models, and providing insights to inform decision-making within a product analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to convey insights and support decision making
- Deploy Power BI reports and optimize their performance and scalability
- Identify and validate the accuracy of product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop custom data models and algorithms for data analysis
- Build forecast and predictive models to aid product management decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data analysis requirements and provide solutions
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to business and senior leadership teams
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in a data analyst capacity supporting business teams.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate strategic questions into analytics requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt communication style and message based on audience including peers, stakeholders, executives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or related field.
- Ability to work in the United States with authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Estimated base salary range: $68,640 - $93,600 USD
