Job Description
This role involves supporting the delivery and management of GIS consulting projects by coordinating scope, schedule, and budget, while collaborating with teams and clients to ensure successful implementation and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage scope, schedule, and budget for consulting activities
- Identify, track, and mitigate potential risks in consulting projects
- Collaborate with business functions to ensure successful delivery of program engagements
- Manage multiple service engagements and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and present program updates and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Validate engagement artifacts through evaluation of work plans and documentation
- Support regional coordinators by sharing resources, experience, and knowledge
- Identify regional and national trends for successful technology implementation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ability to develop productive, strong relationships with internal teams and customers to meet targeted objectives.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple engagements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Information Systems, or a related field.
