Job Description
This role involves managing projects and applications on the Salesforce platform, leading technical teams, and serving as a business relationship manager to support organizational needs through agile development and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for executives and senior managers.
- Manage scrum and project teams delivering solutions within Salesforce and related applications.
- Ensure teams adhere to processes and utilize tools effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage staff including career development and resource planning.
- Communicate strategic and tactical updates with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors such as Salesforce and partners.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance
- Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach; you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into issues with your teams
- Experience in an agile application development environment
- Previous experience leading a technical team
- Willingness to step in and perform a variety of tasks to support your teams
- Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman’s terms to non-technical participants
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
