Job Description
This role involves managing accounts receivable processes, including applying payments, reconciling accounts, contacting customers, and maintaining account information, within a collaborative and fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply payments and reconcile accounts
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Contact customers via phone and written correspondence
- Maintain statements of accounts for assigned customers
- Complete credit reviews for new and existing customers
- Process customer account maintenance
- Recommend credit limits, credit holds, and order releases
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in collection account management
- Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivation and passion for getting work done in a consistent and thoughtful way, both independently and collaboratively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and Outlook
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
- High school diploma or equivalent
