Job Description

This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for oil and gas clients, with a focus on account management, sales, and customer success within Esri's GIS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and develop location strategies for oil and gas organizations
  • Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs, industry trends, and apply GIS solutions accordingly
  • Execute account management and sales processes to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
  • Present solutions and demonstrate the value of Esri technology to stakeholders
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri offerings
  • Research industry trends and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
  • Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
  • Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the oil and gas industry and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
  • Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Compensation/salary range: $93,600 - $176,800 USD
