Job Description

This role involves managing and growing customer relationships in the infrastructure sector by leveraging GIS technology, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions that meet clients' needs through strategic account management and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
  • Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities for new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
  • Use solution selling to address customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Esri technology
  • Execute account management and sales processes to close opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to define and implement account strategies
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri solutions
  • Research and pursue professional development to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
  • Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
  • Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
  • Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
