Job Description
This role involves building relationships with educational organizations to promote and implement Esri's geospatial technology solutions, managing account strategies, and supporting customer growth through sales, consulting, and professional development efforts within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with education organizations and develop location strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology in education and articulate solutions to customers.
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet customer needs and close opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher education and K12 new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
