Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for commercial forestry clients, with a focus on sales, account management, and industry expertise within the GIS and forestry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor GIS solutions.
- Articulate the value of Esri technology related to the Commercial Forestry industry.
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote solutions and build networks.
Requirements
- Three years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience
- Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers
- Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation
- Demonstrated knowledge of Commercial Forestry and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers
- Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, forestry, forest management, natural resource management, or a related field

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
