Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for commercial forestry clients, with a focus on sales, account management, and industry expertise within Esri's GIS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology related to Commercial Forestry
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement account strategies
Requirements
- Three years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Commercial Forestry and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, forestry, forest management, natural resource management, or a related field.
