Job Description
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for independently developing electrical designs for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings and power distribution systems, primarily at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop electrical designs for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings
- Design power distribution systems for various projects
- Perform electrical engineering calculations and analysis to support design development
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in independently developing electrical designs for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings and power distribution systems.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design engineering.
- The candidate must possess the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- The candidate must be able to perform the responsibilities on a full-time onsite basis at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head in Indian Head, MD.
