Support the Facilities Group in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle in collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical professionals.
Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Support the Facilities Group with sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates for a variety of clients.
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical professionals to coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle.
Be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work remotely but be willing to work core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.
Hold an active Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance (preference will be given to candidates who meet this requirement).
