Job Description
A Recruiting Coordinator responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates, supporting the full recruiting lifecycle, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Group in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle in collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical professionals.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Support the Facilities Group with sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates for a variety of clients.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical professionals to coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work remotely but be willing to work core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.
- Hold an active Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance (preference will be given to candidates who meet this requirement).
