Job Description
The Facilities Project Manager oversees small to medium-scale maintenance, repair, and improvement projects at a federal facility, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities to ensure safety, compliance, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of small- to medium-scale facility maintenance, repair, and improvement projects
- Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
- Work closely with facility personnel, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders to complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the planning and execution of small- to medium-scale facility maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities to support facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations during project execution.
- Work closely with facility personnel, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- This position requires a full-time onsite presence at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head.
