The Facilities Project Manager oversees small to medium-scale maintenance, repair, and improvement projects at a federal facility, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities to ensure safety, compliance, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning and execution of small- to medium-scale facility maintenance, repair, and improvement projects
Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
Work closely with facility personnel, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders to complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Requirements

Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities to support facility operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations during project execution.
Work closely with facility personnel, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This position requires a full-time onsite presence at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head.
