Job Description
The position involves providing maintenance and support for electrical systems in industrial and manufacturing environments, primarily at the Naval Support Facility Indian Head, requiring mid- to senior-level electrical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
- Must have mid- to senior-level experience providing maintenance and demand services support of all electrical systems that support industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work full-time at the Naval Support Facility Indian Head.
- Must have the ability to interact with and support ERG personnel at the facility as well as from ERG s offices in Fairfax and Arlington, Virginia.
- Must have the physical ability to perform tasks related to electrical maintenance and support in industrial and manufacturing environments (implied by the nature of the electrical work, though not explicitly stated).
- Must have the ability to meet in person with ERG employees before providing confidential personal information if extended a job offer.
