Job Description
The Construction Project Manager oversees facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, managing them from pre-award planning through construction completion and turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover
- Manage project activities to ensure timely and within-budget completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to facilitate project progress
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Support major facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- Possess experience in overseeing construction projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- Possess the ability to oversee projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- Have the skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, including prioritization and communication skills.
