Job Description
The Assistant Manager Recruiting is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing hiring strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support Enveda's innovative drug discovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and drive hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Own the full cycle of recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Mentor and guide recruitment team members
- Shape and improve recruitment processes
- Ensure delivery of a best-in-class candidate experience
- Act as an ambassador of company culture to candidates
Requirements
- Experience in owning the full cycle of recruitment including designing and driving hiring strategies.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guide candidates, and be an ambassador of company culture.
- Experience in shaping recruitment processes and mentoring others involved in hiring.
- Proven ability to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, India.
