Job Description
A Marketing Coordinator at EnergyHub is responsible for planning, building, and executing customer-facing marketing campaigns across digital channels to support customer acquisition and retention efforts, contributing to the company's mission of creating a clean, distributed energy future.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy customer-facing marketing campaigns across website, email, and SMS channels.
- Manage marketing launch processes, including content maintenance, stakeholder approvals, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to support marketing initiatives.
- Follow up on marketing campaign requests from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain documentation of marketing channel outputs and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent with a demonstrated familiarity with marketing concepts
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts such as target audience, segmentation, and product-market-fit
- A meticulous mind for the details, with the ability to ensure mistakes rarely get past you
- Ability to stay organized and maintain processes in a fast-paced environment
- A scrappy self-starter attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive projects from ideation to completion
- Knowledge of basic HTML principles
- Experience with HubSpot or another ESP CMS is a plus
