Job Description
An Associate Client Success Manager at EnergyHub supports utility clients by managing program launches, fostering relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of energy management solutions, with a focus on renewable energy and distributed energy resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program launches and oversee multi-faceted programs with device partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Support the client success team in executing account activities and day-to-day tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and guiding program design to support growth targets.
- Prepare and present client reports, analyze key results, and facilitate meetings to communicate technical and data-driven insights.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient program implementation and address ongoing needs.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of demand management, DERs, and program success drivers to effectively communicate and train clients.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to describe complex and technical topics in an engaging and succinct manner.
- Demonstrated success working directly with clients, preferably having interfaced with or managed the same clients over an extended period of time for a minimum of 2 years.
- Project management experience with the ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and think through risk and dependencies.
- An analytical, yet creative and curious mind, with a confident approach to numbers and spreadsheets.
- The ability to build trust and foster outstanding client and partner relationships.
- Experience working with a team in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and the ability to proactively follow up on tasks and projects.
- A BS or BA degree.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in technology services or customer success, with a strong preference for experience within a SaaS or enterprise software-related field.
- Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, grid services, or adjacent industries in the cleantech or climate tech sectors.
- The candidate must be based out of New York HQ, or work remotely from one of the following states: New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, or Tennessee.

Compensation/salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 USD
