Job Description
A part-time Power Systems Modeling Engineer responsible for designing and supporting the modeling of grid-interactive inverters for utility-scale energy storage systems, gaining hands-on experience with advanced energy storage technologies and large-scale power plant controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support power system modeling of grid-interactive inverters for utility-scale energy storage systems
- Simulate, analyze, and troubleshoot complex energy storage systems from inverter modeling to large-scale power plant controls
- Collaborate with industry experts to gain practical and technical experience in energy storage technologies
Requirements
- Design and support Power System Modeling of grid interactive inverters for utility scale energy storage systems.
- Gain practical and technical experience on cutting-edge energy storage technologies while working closely with industry experts.
- Simulate, analyze, and troubleshoot complex systems from inverter modeling to large scale power plant level controls.
- This role is temporary estimated 6-months in duration with part time hours.
