A Workday Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations, reports, and system enhancements within the Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules to improve organizational efficiency and support HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA solutions.
Create system enhancements, integrations, reports, and dashboards to improve organizational efficiency.
Support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting needs.
Configure and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
Monitor system performance and ensure successful operation of integrations.
Perform system updates, upgrades, and ensure compatibility with new features.
Develop dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
Ensure system design and data handling comply with policies, regulations, and audit standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience as a Workday Developer.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules.
Proficiency in web services SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT and database querying SQL.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.

Salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 annually, with a target of $109,250 based on experience and qualifications
Hybrid work schedule with at least 1 day onsite per week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for other days
