Job Description
Assist with processing applications and supporting customer participation in solar energy programs, helping to promote distributed and community solar adoption as part of a growing, mission-driven energy solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process complex project applications according to standard operating procedures
- Track progress of work assignments and document completion
- Communicate professionally in writing with customers regarding application questions
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve application issues
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy under time constraints
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance program knowledge
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of work experience or tenure in related position(s) in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills are a plus.
- Computer literacy with experience in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment adjacent to one of the specified offices (Chicago, IL; Oakland, CA; Portland, OR) and be in the office a minimum of once a week.
- Ability to process complex project applications according to documented standard operating procedures.
- Ability to track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed.
- Ability to provide professional written communication to customers who have submitted applications.
- Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions.
- Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints.
- Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with a target of $66,500 based on experience and qualifications
