The Rebate Processing Coordinator II supports energy efficiency program operations by reviewing and validating incentive claims, ensuring compliance, and communicating with participants to facilitate large-scale energy, water, and carbon savings for utility and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate incentive program claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Communicate with participants to request additional documentation and answer program-related questions
Monitor rebate application queue to ensure timely processing of applications
Collaborate with program manager on updates to rebate processing guidelines
Enter and maintain incentive claim data in internal platforms and tracking systems
Format and upload spreadsheets to proprietary online platforms
Respond to rebate program emails and phone inquiries promptly
Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
High School Diploma
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry work experience
Advanced beginner skill with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Advanced beginner skill with database management systems
Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities with minimal guidance
