Job Description
A Technical Support Engineer for the Doctor ELEKS web-portal eHealth product, responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the effective operation of the Ukrainian medical information system that automates healthcare processes across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Doctor ELEKS web-portal eHealth product.
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the medical information system.
- Maintain and update the system to ensure optimal performance and security.
Requirements
- Experience in providing technical support for web-portal eHealth products, specifically for the Doctor ELEKS medical information system.
- Ability to assist in automating the work of clinics, doctors, and patients through the eHealth platform.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web-based healthcare information systems.
- Understanding of medical information systems and healthcare automation processes.
- Experience working with software products that aim to improve medical efficiency, transparency, and accessibility.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to users in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in supporting software solutions in a healthcare environment in Ukraine.
