Job Description
A Technical Support Engineer for the Doctor ELEKS web-portal eHealth product, responsible for assisting with the automation and management of medical clinics, doctors, and patients through the Ukrainian medical information system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Doctor ELEKS web-portal eHealth product.
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the eHealth system.
- Maintain and update system documentation and support resources.
Requirements
- Experience in providing technical support for web-based portals or similar software products, specifically in the healthcare or medical information systems domain.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Doctor ELEKS eHealth web-portal product.
- Knowledge of medical information systems and understanding of healthcare automation processes is required.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving software or system malfunctions affecting the web-portal.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, clinicians, and patients regarding technical issues.
- Ability to work within a team to support the development and maintenance of the Doctor ELEKS web-portal product.
- Experience in supporting software used in medical or healthcare environments is mandatory.
- Understanding of the technical infrastructure supporting web portals, including servers, databases, and network configurations.
- Ability to work in Ukraine, supporting users across the country, with a focus on ensuring effective system operation.
- Educational background or professional experience relevant to software engineering, IT support, or healthcare informatics (specific degree requirements are not provided but implied).
