• Take ownership of testing customer-reported bugs/feature requests by SLAs and change management protocols
• Drive end-to-end testing for each new feature/bug fix delivered by the team
• Verify integrations between different services, systems & apps
• Analyse and work with product requirements at different stages of product development
• Continuously create and maintain test artefacts
• Proactively suggest improvements to the platform and development/testing processes
• Create and update test documentation and instructions on supported systems to help the support team work more efficiently
• Attend customer meetings and be ready to communicate/report status with customers
• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience in authoring and maintaining test documentation
• Experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS)
• Experience in client-server application testing
• Experience with web services and API testing
• Experience querying data from DB
• Experience with Proxy debugging tools
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g. GIT)
• Experience working with logs & metrics (Grafana, NewRelic, DataDog, etc.)
• Experience with issue-tracking systems (Jira/AzureDevOps/Confluence)
• Understanding of principles of Agile methodologies
• Understanding of testing process, types and principles
