Requirements
Experience as a Solution Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role.
Ability to work on a project funded by the US Government, focusing on developing a Human Resources System for various Ministries in a Middle Eastern country.
Willingness to undertake business travel to Iraq as required for the project.
Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements related to human resource management systems.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments and ministries.
Experience working in or with government or public sector projects is preferred.
Ability to work in Croatia, Poland, or Ukraine, indicating flexibility to work in these locations.
