Job Description
The Senior Middle Legal Counsel provides legal advice and support to the company's operations in Ukraine, specifically in Kyiv and Lviv, ensuring compliance and managing legal risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to the company
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Must have at least several years of legal experience relevant to the role of Senior Middle Legal Counsel.
- Must possess a law degree or equivalent legal qualification recognized in Ukraine.
- Must have the ability to provide legal advice and support in a corporate or business environment.
- Must be capable of working in Ukraine, specifically in Kyiv or Lviv, with an understanding of local legal regulations and practices.
- Must have proficiency in Ukrainian and English languages to communicate effectively within the legal department and with stakeholders.
