Job Description
A Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee the delivery of secure, high-quality technology solutions for a major US health insurance client, managing projects within the enterprise ecosystem from the ELEKS team in Buenos Aires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on delivering secure, high-quality technology solutions for enterprise ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects within the healthcare or health insurance industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects that involve software development, quality assurance, research and development, design, or technology consulting.
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in a software development environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring high standards of quality and security.
- Experience working with or in a company that has a global presence, preferably with teams located across different regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects in a software development or technology environment.
