Job Description
ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project delivery and workstreams
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and Jira boards
- Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare status reports and support project governance
- Manage scope, changes, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Escalate blockers and delivery issues when necessary
- Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and Go-Live activities
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing software development projects
- Understanding of fixed-price delivery models
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Experience with Jira
- Stakeholder management and status reporting
- Ability to independently manage project workstreams
- Experience working with Ukrainian stakeholders and in a regulated environment is a plus
- Fluent English
