Job Description
The Personnel Records Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records and administrative tasks related to personnel data in Lviv.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain personnel records accurately
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Update employee information and documentation in HR systems
Requirements
- Experience in managing personnel records or human capital administration
- Ability to accurately maintain and update personnel records
- Knowledge of personnel record-keeping procedures and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using relevant record management systems or software
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record handling
- Ability to organize and manage personnel documentation efficiently
- Experience working in a similar role within an administrative or HR environment
- Good communication skills for coordinating with other departments
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Willingness to work in Lviv
