Job Description
ELEKS is looking for an Associate Customer Engagement Manager in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Customer Engagement Managers throughout the pre-sales process
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of information required for customer-facing materials
- Prepare and contribute to RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales materials
- Collaborate with Business Development, Delivery teams, and subject matter experts to gather relevant business and technical information
- Support the preparation and maintenance of customer references and case studies
- Maintain and continuously improve the SharePoint-based pre-sales knowledge repository
- Ensure that customer-facing materials are accurate, structured, consistent, and delivered on time
- Support multiple pre-sales engagements across different regions and business domains
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal pre-sales processes and practices
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and efficiency of pre-sales activities
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, or another relevant client-facing role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience preparing presentations, proposals, reports, or other customer-facing materials
- Ability to structure and communicate information clearly
- Proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in an IT services or software development company
- Previous exposure to RFI/RFP or proposal preparation
- Understanding of software development and delivery processes
- Experience working with international customers
- Experience with SharePoint or other knowledge management tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, content preparation, or productivity
