Job Description
In this role, you will be supporting three of our Technical leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking.
- Experience working in a tech-driven environment - ideally previous experience supporting Sales Leaders and Teams
- Ideally you bring a high interest for Tech topics
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Perfect command in English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable providing structure within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones
- Very good ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, discrete and service oriented personality
- High level of integrity and business ethics
- Strong team player
