About Electrified Thermal Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the Megawatt-scale electrical system and associated controls for the Joule Hive™ Thermal Battery and subsequent products/projects.
- Lead the development of electrical analysis/simulation methodologies to support system design.
- Manage and review work from contractors working on electrical and controls system design, fabrication and installation.
- Collaborate with the rest of the design team to enable an optimal design that meets requirements.
- Keep up with the latest tools and programs; perform technical research and self-training as needed.
- Perform site-specific electrical system studies and designs with customers to enable project execution
- Lead hiring, training and mentoring junior engineers
- Support on-site system installation and commissioning as necessary
