Proficiency with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Onshape , or Fusion 360)

Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing (FDM or SLA 3D printing), including design for printability and polymer material selection

Coursework or project experience designing fixtures, tooling, or material-handling hardware

Experience with process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
