Mix, pour, vibrate, cure, fire, and package refractory E-cast heater elements as part of the R&D team.

Prepare Quality Assurance/Control/QC samples with each batch.

Meticulously document the casting process from start to finish in a format that is easily and immediately accessible to others

Prepare refractory samples for testing, including cutting, drilling, and grinding.

Independently execute on one or more focused projects to improve lab operations and reinforce our safety culture

Organize and catalog of samples, tools, and equipment

Write, organize, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab equipment and activities

Travel: No travel is anticipated for this role.
