• Mix, pour, vibrate, cure, fire, and package refractory E-cast heater elements as part of the R&D team. • Prepare Quality Assurance/Control/QC samples with each batch. • Meticulously document the casting process from start to finish in a format that is easily and immediately accessible to others • Prepare refractory samples for testing, including cutting, drilling, and grinding. • Independently execute on one or more focused projects to improve lab operations and reinforce our safety culture • Organize and catalog of samples, tools, and equipment • Write, organize, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab equipment and activities • Travel: No travel is anticipated for this role.
