Job Description
The Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Sourcing will lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensure timely delivery of mission-critical infrastructure, and support the rapid growth of cutting-edge, green data center operations focused on AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize global supply chain operations for data center infrastructure and equipment.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence in supply chain management within fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure the seamless delivery of mission-critical infrastructure and equipment to support rapidly expanding data center networks.
- Experience in leading and managing global supply chain and sourcing teams at an executive level, including strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company growth and technological advancements.
- Ability to build and deliver green power generation systems and hydrogen-powered off-grid data centers, or similar renewable energy infrastructure experience.
- Experience in managing supply chain logistics for modular data center architectures, particularly those meeting 1-2MW or larger site requirements.
- Knowledge of supply chain considerations specific to high-end data centers supporting AI and Machine Learning requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of mission-critical equipment.
- Experience in managing supply chain risks and implementing mitigation strategies in a complex, global environment.
- Strong understanding of the technical and operational aspects of data center construction, including infrastructure, equipment, and power systems.
- Experience in working with or implementing end-to-end construction platforms and modular architecture for data centers.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for sourcing sustainable and environmentally friendly power generation systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.
- Educational background in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or related fields (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied by leadership level).
