Job Description

A Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and supporting AI and ML features, ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and efficiency for field-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

Own and improve complex areas of cloud infrastructure
Lead enhancements to CI/CD pipelines
Build internal tools to ensure smooth and safe code deployment
Support and maintain AI-enabled features and ML infrastructure
Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model training and evaluation
Drive the rollout of AI tooling across the organization
Enable developer teams to integrate AI into their workflows
Shape platform reliability, observability, and developer experience

Requirements

Experience in owning complex areas of cloud infrastructure and leading improvements to CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in building internal tools that ensure smooth and safe code shipping.
Experience working at the forefront of cloud infrastructure and AI-enabled features, including supporting primary products and new AI capabilities.
Experience working in ML Ops, including model training and evaluation.
Ability to enable developer teams to integrate AI into their workflows.
Experience managing the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle.
Ability to evaluate multiple approaches, navigate technical ambiguity, and drive projects from design through rollout with limited oversight.
Experience shaping reliability, observability, and developer experience across engineering teams.
Partnering closely with software engineering teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management and automation.
Proficiency in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications and services.
Experience with AI tooling rollout and supporting AI-enabled features within an organization.
Ability to support and improve the robustness and reliability of AI capabilities in a product environment.
