Head of Business Development

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience (e.g. business development in novel materials or chemicals, or sustainability consulting role) • Native-level English (French is not needed for the role) • Exceptional charisma and relationship-building skills • Chemical engineering/chemistry/general engineering background is preferred but not required • Deep understanding and interest for decarbonization • Exemplary work ethic and self-driven attitude: you get things done fast and to a high standard and you don't drop the ball • "Street-smart": you don't take no for an answer and will figure out a way to solve anything with the means available • Commitment to the mission and ambition and to creating a kind, high-performance and fun atmosphere at work (100% on-site role) • Passion for innovation and problem-solving attitude • Dedication to investing time and effort for the betterment of the team • Going the extra 20% that makes a good deliverable into an outstanding deliverable • Humble, low-ego and curious
